Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and technically proficient Digital Solutions Business Development Executive to lead strategic client engagements and contribute to the expansion of our portfolio of digital transformation partnerships. This role requires a unique blend of commercial acumen, deep understanding of digital technologies, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into compelling digital solutions. As a key contributor to our growth strategy, you will work closely with technical architects, product teams, and executive leadership to position cutting-edge digital offerings—including digital ID, cloud-native platforms, intelligent automation, AI/ML solutions, and digital payment solutions —to enterprise clients across industries.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of a scalable digital business development strategy aligned with organizational goals.

Proactively identify and engage with mid-to-large enterprise prospects to generate new business opportunities in alignment with the organization’s strategy.

Collaborate closely with internal solution architects, product management, marketing and delivery teams to develop customized scalable digital offerings.

Conduct research and competitive analysis to inform market positioning and strategy.

Translate business objectives and operational pain points into functional requirements and high-level solution architectures.

Use digital insights to segment customer needs and tailor business development approaches.

Support the preparation of business cases and revenue models to inform strategic decisions.

Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies within the digital sales ecosystem.

Contribute to digital marketing and sales communications strategies to strengthen customer engagement.

Cultivate long-term strategic relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, VPs of Transformation, and other key decision-makers.

Represent the company at key industry events both in the private and public sector, conferences, associations the company is member of, and virtual forums to build visibility and thought leadership.
Secondary Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety policies and procedures, reporting any concerns to management.

Participate in corporate strategic planning and contribute to broader enterprise initiatives.
Qualifications, Experience and Educational Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA or technical master's degree preferred).

5+ years of proven experience in business development, digital consulting, or technical sales within IT services, SaaS, or digital platforms.

Solid understanding of enterprise architecture and digital technologies (API-first design, microservices, containerization, DevOps, CI/CD).

Experience selling to CIO/CTO-level stakeholders with long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments.

Demonstrated ability to design and present technical and business solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

Team-oriented with the ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment.
-
French speaking is an asset.
