Chief of Staff and Transformation (m/f/d)
G+D Mobile Security is looking for a Chief of Staff & Transformation (m/f/d) for its Mobile Security division at its Munich Headquarters as soon as possible.
You will assess business needs, lead transformation initiatives within MS, identify gaps in strategic operations and “connect the dots” between internal projects. This role will need leadership experience in cross-functional and collaborative work environments to ensure success in this dynamic, high-impact position.
Your tasks:

Support the development, design, and optimization of the global Mobile Security (MS) target operating model, identifying opportunities for enhanced global functional alignment and steering.

Lead and implement transformation initiatives within MS, covering all major layers (strategic, process, organizational), with a focus on driving impact and value across the division.

Ensure the definition, documentation, and implementation of key processes around Board matters, and provide continuous follow-up with the Divisional Management Team to ensure alignment and timely execution.

Identify areas for improvement and drive a continuous improvement process across all sites, managing improvement activities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, utilizing feedback loops and performance metrics.

Prepare, moderate, and drive outcomes in management meetings, all-hands sessions, and selected divisional meetings, ensuring active participation and engagement from all key stakeholders.

Ensure the organization and prioritization of critical issues, providing the necessary information to the Divisional Governance and/or Divisional Management Team for informed decision-making and awareness.

Take ownership of strategic project progress, ensuring alignment with divisional goals, and ensure the timely and comprehensive communication of important decisions to stakeholders.

Assist in shaping, structuring, and resourcing operational programs, ensuring that these programs are aligned with overall divisional and organizational goals.

Provide strategic business partnership to shape divisional and functional objectives, monitor progress toward these goals, and support the planning and execution of strategic and operational goals for Mobile Security and related functions.

Establish and maintain internal governance processes, ensuring they are consistently followed across the division, including compliance, performance monitoring, and effective reporting.
Your qualifications:
- University degree in Economics, Law, Business Administration or similar (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in an international context (consulting background preferred)
- Ability to structure, analyze and solve complex business problems in a dynamic market environment (advanced user of MS Excel, PowerPoint essential)
- Proactive and outcome-driven mindset – able to structure and drive own work along with effective Stakeholder Management
- Willingness to take over responsibility for leading a (project) team
- Strong knowledge of and work experience in project and change management in line with project lead responsibility
- Strong verbal, written communications and listening skills, and effective presentation skills
- Fluent written and spoken in German and English (additional language desired, but not required)
- Strong experience in working across different cultures / international sites – preferably experience gained from different perspectives of a company
- Culturally sensitive, capable of handling interactions with a “global mindset”
- Ability to learn quickly, evaluate and form independent judgments
