G+D Mobile Security is looking for an Global Logistics Architect (m/f/d) for its Purchasing Direct & Indirect Materials department at its Munich headquarters by 1st january 2020.


Your tasks

  • Define and enhance relevant logistics performance indicators
  • Develop a standardized, state-of-the-art logistics KPI dashboard tracking the cost and performance of our transportation and logistics network
  • Act as interface and responsible consultant for transport and logistics matters in cooperation with G+D global subsidiaries, headquarters functions and external logistics partners
  • Initiate productivity enhancements around transport and logistics management
  • Shape the G+D logistics network and drive improvement measures
  • Calculate transport cost and compare suitable alternatives
  • Support supply chain and customer projects with logistics know-how


Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years relevant international work experience in Transport Logistics and Supply Chain
  • Must have working experience with an international logistics provider or with the logistics department of an industrial company
  • Experience with analyzing logistics networks and working on logistics concepts
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Flexibility and capability to act in an international cross-functional team
  • Target oriented and self-dependent operations method
  • Excellent knowledge of English and German
