Head of Customer Product Manager Central, Eastern and Northern Europe (m/f/d)

As Head of Customer Product Management for Central, Eastern and Northern Europe (m/f/d), you will lead a regional team and play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, product delivery, and business growth. You will act as the interface between customers, sales, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful product implementation and value creation.
Your responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Customer Product Management team across Central, Eastern and Northern Europe
- Ensure successful delivery of customer product projects, meeting quality, time, and customer requirements
- Act as a key contact for customers, providing technical advice and support on products and services
- Evaluate customer requirements, assess feasibility, and define project priorities
- Define product specifications in line with customer needs and business objectives
- Collaborate closely with Sales, R&D, and Product Integration teams globally
- Support sales activities, including customer meetings, presentations, and training sessions
- Monitor project performance and ensure alignment with operational processes and standards
- Drive continuous improvement and governance of the product project processes
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments to support product strategy
Your qualifications
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a comparable field
- Several years of leadership experience, ideally managing teams in a similar industry
- Proven experience in product management, project management, or product integration
- Strong business understanding combined with technical expertise
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working with strong prioritization skills
- Fluency in English; German is a strong advantage
- Strong customer orientation and ability to work in an international environment
