Giesecke+Devrient is looking for a Scrum Master Products and Solutions (m/f/d) for its Research and Development department at its Munich Headquarters as soon as possible. We are looking for you to join our multidisciplinary development team. You can expect a future-oriented work environment with exciting activities in highly motivated teams. Your tasks:

As a moderator, you moderate and shape the scrum events of your teams
As a trainer you explain and promote the application of agile techniques and live agile principles
As a facilitator / coach you accompany teams and support their development towards personal responsibility and self-organization
As a change agent, you actively support the organization with implementation and change processes to develop the agile mindset

Your qualifications:

You hold an university degree, preferably computer science, electrical engineering with very good results
You have at least 3 years of experience in using agile methods, preferably in an international environment
You are certified as a Scrum Master and have good knowledge on agile frameworks
You have high social skills, organizational skills, integrity and self-reflection
You are able to lead a team laterally and to motivate self-organization
You enjoy working with people. You do not shy away from addressing conflicts and assisting in their solution
Your English is business fluent, additional language proficiencies are desirable
