Service Quality Manager EMEA (m/f/d)

 

Your Mission

 

  • Act as a champion and driver of the improvement of the service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Continuous  monitoring of the service management processes via defined KPIs, and identification and execution of required improvement actions
  • Ensure that the operational processes and structure meet the external audit and certification requirements (ISAE, PCI / GSMA, ISO27001 etc.)
  • Preparation and coordination of external audits as well as the execution of internal audits and assessments in the responsibility area
  • Planning, and conduction of quality forums with all required stakeholders in the responsibility area

 

Your Profile

 

  • University degree in IT, Computer Science or related
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management for IT based business services, preferably within an international banking, telecommunications or IT products & services environment
  • Very good ITIL knowledge (ITIL expert certification preferred)
  • Experience in audits and certifications (especially in ISAE, PCI/GSMA and ISO27001)
  • Analytical thinking, team player, self-motivated
  • Basic project management skills
