You support our global IT Operations and IT Architecture teams. Together with experienced colleagues you will work in an international team and support various agile projects and learn hands-on from experienced IT engineers and IT architects. You will work 2-3 days a week (for about 20 hours, during semester breaks you are welcome to work more) and gain experience that will help you advance professionally.


Your tasks:

  • You support the further development of our service portfolio and the CMDB management
  • You create topic research and support the G+D Sustainability Program for our IT services
  • You support the Operations team with tasks for our data centers
  • You help with the creation of presentations
  • You support the Bid Management team in setting up a Q&A database to efficiently answer RFI/RFPs


Your profile:

  • You are at least in your 3rd semester of computer science, business informatics or a related course of study
  • Ideally, you have already gained some experience in the form of internships in the IT sector
  • You have a good understanding of complex interrelationships and processes
  • Ideally, you also have initial experience with the software products Jira and Confluence and ServiceNow
  • You have a careful and methodical structured way of working and enjoy working in a team
  • You are fit in handling the common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • You are communicative and contribute with a lot of commitment and your own suggestions
