Working Student (m/f/d) Strategy, ESG & Market Intelligence

We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) to join our Strategy, ESG & Market Intelligence team at our Munich headquarters.

Your tasks: 

• Market research and competitive screening to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
• Support in preparing presentations, reports, and dashboards for management and strategic projects
• Assist in data analysis and compile insights from analyst reports and internal sources
• Contribute to ESG-related activities, such as data collection, reporting, and communication
• Support strategic projects and cross-departmental initiatives to foster innovation
• Explore opportunities to utilize AI tools and process automation to improve efficiency

Your Qualifications: 

• Enrolled student (m/w/d), ideally at Master’s level, in Business Administration, Economics, Sustainability, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Minimum 12 months remaining enrollment
• Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally SharePoint
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and structured working style
• Excellent English and very good German skills (written and spoken)
• Interest in digitalization, AI-based tools, or process automation is a plus
