We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) for our Sales Operations Department in Munich with immediate effect. 

 

Your tasks:  

 

  • Implementation of new Salesforce functionalities  

  • Coordinate with BL and IT the update/correction of products in existing opportunities  

  • Support with upload of Leads collected via XLS into Salesforce 

  • Support with updating search / filter criteria on bidding platform to identify relevant bids for MS 

  • Support with updating actuals in Salesforce 

  • Creation and maintenance of Power BI reports 
     

Your Qualifications:

 

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the subject management or technology or in a comparable field

  • You are still enrolled for at least 12 months

  • Confident handling of all common MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerBI

  • Confident handling of Salesforce

  • Good knowledge of the use of MS SharePoint

  • A careful and reliable way of working

  • Good written and spoken English skills
