Junior Market Intelligence Manager
Giesecke+Devrient is a global leader in security technologies, offering solutions in both physical and digital realms. One of our key sectors is G+D Mobile Security, a world leader in secure telecommunications systems via SIM/eSIM. We are currently seeking a dedicated Junior Market Intelligence Manager to join our team in either Barcelona or Seville.
Your Responsibilities:
- Trend Analysis: Identify, consolidate, and review global and regional trends, market news, and developments in telecommunications, connectivity, digital security, and IoT across consumer and enterprise segments.
- Data Analytics: Collect and analyze data for forecasting, creating market models, and visualizing data in dashboards.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct quarterly competitor screening, observation, and analysis, including financial KPIs, and generate comprehensive reports.
- Market Studies: Assist in developing and evaluating market studies, white papers, and thought leadership publications.
- Strategic Contributions: Participate in strategic topics and projects to drive company goals.
- Digitalization: Enhance our digital work processes using tools like SharePoint, Salesforce, and PowerBI.
- Customer Inquiry Management: Manage and execute internal customer inquiries efficiently.
Your Profile:
- Educational Background: Completed economic or technical studies (Master’s degree preferred).
- Technical Knowledge: Experience and knowledge in telecommunications, IoT, and digital security.
- Market Research Experience: Previous experience in market research, data analytics, and corporate strategy is advantageous.
- Professional Experience: At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in the mentioned or similar industries.
- Communication Skills: Confident appearance with excellent presentation and communication skills, including interactions with C-level management.
- Personal Attributes: High flexibility, structured and target-oriented, independent, pragmatic approach, strong project management skills, and a passion for working in international and virtual teams.
- Language Proficiency: Very good command of written and spoken English; German is an advantage.
