Qualification:

• B.E, BTECH, MCA, MCS, M.Tech or equivalent Post Graduation in any branch preferably in E&TC,

Electronics, Computer science, Information Technologies

Responsibilities:

Project Delivery & Governance

• Drive end-to-end project delivery including initiation, planning, implementation, transition, and closure across all project areas: scope, requirements, WBS, scheduling, priority, and dependency management.
• Manage projects within budget, schedule, scope, and quality boundaries; monitor KPIs and operational metrics.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across locations to deliver against the project charter; realign and update charter when deviations occur.
• Evaluate and manage risks with appropriate mitigation and contingency measures; report status consistently to all stakeholders.

Global & Multi-site Leadership

• Lead globally distributed project teams across four or more sites, ensuring aligned delivery, effective cross-cultural communication, and consistent governance.

SAFe / Agile Release Train

• Act as Release Train Engineer (RTE): facilitate ART events, coordinate PI Planning, drive PI objectives, support Agile teams, and remove impediments.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments within a SAFe environment.

Embedded, Product & Domain-Specific Projects

• Manage embedded software/hardware projects across relevant technology domains, including digital security, smart card, identity, IoT, cloud, and AI/ML, applying deep understanding of embedded Software Development Life Cycle constraints.
• Lead next-generation SIM, eSIM and iSIM product development programs, covering secure provisioning, lifecycle management, and remote subscription management technologies.
• Coordinate compliance and certification activities related to GSMA, ETSI, and 3GPP specifications.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure quality of project delivery resulting in successful acceptance and validation.
• Support and drive ISO 9001 audit preparation, execution, and follow-up; ensure project documentation and processes meet ISO 9001 requirements.

Continuous Improvement, AI Governance & Innovation

• Apply industry best practices throughout project execution; contribute to org-level process improvements.
• Actively use AI tools to improve personal and team productivity in project management — including status reporting, risk identification, meeting preparation, action tracking, and documentation.
• Identify and apply practical AI use cases that improve the way of working for the PM and RTE role, such as automated reporting, backlog analysis, dependency tracking, and retrospective support.
• Utilize tools: JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, ServiceNow SPM, Microsoft Copilot or other AI Tools.

Requirements

• Fluent English; proven experience working directly with Executives and Clients.
• Minimum 5–8 years of engineering project management experience.
• Proven experience leading global teams across multiple sites — cross-cultural, cross-time-zone collaboration.
• Solid experience as Release Train Engineer or Scrum Master in SAFe environments (PI Planning, ART coordination, Inspect & Adapt).
• Experience in embedded projects and working knowledge of relevant technology domains —with a clear understanding of domain-specific delivery constraints.
• Experience leading next-generation SIM, eSIM or iSIM product development programs, including secure provisioning, lifecycle management, and remote subscription management technologies.
• Working knowledge of GSMA, ETSI, and 3GPP standards and certification processes.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management; experience contributing to or leading audit preparation.

• Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot or equivalent) to support project management tasks; ability to identify and apply AI use cases that improve PM and RTE efficiency and ways of working.

• Understanding of Product Life Cycle Management (prior experience as developer, tester, architect, or requirements manager is an advantage).
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments; influence change outside span of control.
• Strong and concise verbal and written communication skills; able to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-starter, adaptable, customer-oriented; able to work across cross-functional business and technical teams.

Certifications

• SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master, or SAFe Release Train Engineer — strongly preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent PM certification — strongly preferred.
