Customer Operations Specialist

At G+D Mobile Security, the world leader in secure telecommunications systems via SIM / eSIM, we are looking for a Customer Operations Specialist to join our international team in Barcelona. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer service–oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to contribute to delivering excellence in the entire Order-to-Cash process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process customer orders and renewals accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure smooth execution of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle, from order entry to invoicing.
- Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders (Sales, Purchasing, Shipping, Technical Support).
- Provide proactive communication and problem resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with global Customer Operations teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Collect and maintain accurate master data from Salesforce, SAP S/4Hana, and other sources (emails, spreadsheets, Teams).
- Support the Head of Customer Operations and contribute to team initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and company policies.Required Knowledge and Skills:

- Proven experience in international customer service or order management.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid knowledge of SAP ECC or SAP S/4Hana (Order Entry and Invoicing).
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken), with active listening and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Intermediate level of French and/or Italian.
- Knowledge of export processes is a plus.
- Flexibility, openness to change, and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
