Customer Product Manager

At G+D Mobile Security, a world leader in secure telecommunications, we are looking for a Customer Product Manager for our Customer Product Management department where we focus on providing advice and technical support to our customers for the subsequent development of specific projects based on SIM / eSIM / IoT technologies as well as the systems that manage the services related to these technologies.
Your responsibilities:
Customer & Project Management
-
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of assigned product projects by meeting quality, security, and technical requirements.

Evaluate customer project requests, assess feasibility, define priorities, and translate needs into high‑level specifications.

Monitor and steer product projects from initiation to final approval, ensuring production readiness and process efficiency.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Serve as a technical advisor to customers, internal departments, and affiliated Mobile Security entities worldwide.

Coordinate closely with Global Product Integration teams, Sales, and R&D to support application development and product evolution.

Support Sales teams during customer meetings, presentations, trainings, and promotional activities.

Collaborate with international G+D organizations to ensure seamless communication and product delivery.
Technical Expertise & Continuous Improvement

Act as the internal expert for one or more assigned technologies/products, supporting colleagues across the organization.

Provide technical consulting, identify customer needs, and advocate Mobile Security product capabilities.

Contribute to product enhancements and support the development roadmap through continuous feedback and market insight.
Decision Mandate

Functional authority to address individual customer product requirements.

Support the improvement and enhancement of Mobile Security products within assigned responsibility areas.
Your qualifications
-
University or technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Telematics, Electronic Systems, or a comparable field.

Either:
-
Minimum 2 years of experience as a project or product manager in a Mobile Security–related market, or
-
Minimum 5 years of experience as a developer or tester in Mobile Security product integration environments.

Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of the customer’s national language is beneficial.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic SAP knowledge preferred.

Strong business acumen paired with excellent communication, technical understanding, problem‑solving ability, and time‑management skills.

High level of diplomacy, stress tolerance, proactiveness, negotiation ability, teamwork, social competence, and customer orientation.

Ability to work independently and continuously learn new technologies and processes.
