At G+D Mobile Security, the world leader in secure telecommunications systems via SIM / eSIM, we are looking for a DataGen Operator in Barcelona.
The DataGen Operator is a technical job responsible for the reception and correct treatment of input files received from customers. The DataGen Operator shall help solve first-level related to production or customer service requests, support other G+D departments’ requests for data generation, and be informed of new product releases, cooperating with R&D therefore. Important skills for DataGen Operators include experience with MS Office Programs and system software for data generation and chip card personalization – preferably in the Telecommunication sector and basic knowledge of PC-network database systems (such as MS SQL Server).
Objectives:

Accurate execution of data generation processes

Provide data in the right formats to the corresponding G+D stakeholders

Provide response files to the different customers
-
Follow Professional Services process landscape and compliance requirements

Take accountability and responsibility towards assigned process roles
Responsabilities:

Awareness of updates in the product/service specification
-
Give support to other G+D departments’ requests in regards to data generation
-
Be informed of new product releases
-
Coordinate with R&D department for new software releases and updates
-
Send response files or reports required internally or by the customer

Meet compliance and information security requirements in service operations

Evaluate, improve and add applicable work instructions.
General knowledge and skills:

Basic knowledge in PC-network (LAN)

Basic knowledge with database systems like MS SQL Server

Basic understanding of software development processes

Ability to work under pressure
