We're looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our Research & Development team in Barcelona.
What You'll Work On
Have you ever wondered how smartphones, connected cars, smartwatches, industrial sensors, and other IoT devices connect securely to mobile networks?
As a Connectivity Full Stack Developer, you'll design, implement, and optimize G+D's cutting-edge connectivity platform, enabling eSIM profile download and management, mobile subscription lifecycle management, and seamless connectivity services for end customers worldwide.
Our Barcelona R&D center develops solutions used by some of the world's leading smartphone manufacturers, automotive companies, and IoT companies. You'll work closely with software engineers, system architects, testers, and product owners in an international environment.
Your work will contribute directly to the reliability, scalability, and security of our products.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to delivery and maintenance.
- Analyze requirements, estimate effort, and contribute to release planning and sprint planning activities.
- Contribute to software architecture and design decisions.
- Participate in code reviews from both architectural and security perspectives.
- Verify and validate product behavior against functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and successful delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement of software development processes and engineering practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in software development within R&D or product-driven environments.
- Strong experience with Node.js (Express / NestJS).
- Experience with Java (Spring Boot) and Go as a high-performance programming language is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Angular (latest versions) and TypeScript.
- Experience designing and implementing microservices, event-driven, and serverless architectures.
- Knowledge of Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, Kafka Streams/Connect).
- Experience with AWS services including Lambda, ECS/EKS, SQS, S3, DynamoDB, and CI/CD using CodePipeline.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Advanced Git knowledge, including trunk-based development and branching strategies.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis).
- Experience with automated testing, including unit testing (JUnit, Jest), integration testing, and end-to-end testing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with version control and collaboration tools including Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Knowledge of Python.
- Knowledge of application security best practices.
- Experience with advanced observability tools and practices, including distributed tracing, monitoring and alerting (Prometheus, and Grafana).
- Interest in or basic knowledge of the eSIM, mobile connectivity, and IoT ecosystem.
