We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented AI Engineer to join our SW development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AI solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of embedded software developments. You will work closely with software developers, system architects and product owners to provide them the best AI state of the art solutions.

 

Duties & Responsabilities:

  • Contribute to the R&D AI strategy definition and operation.

  • Design and implement useful AI use cases and agent orchestration for embedded software developments.

  • Analyze AI solution results, identify root causes of failures, and work with development teams to promote and increase the value of the provided AI solutions.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of SW development process, tools, and methodologies.

  • Maintain AI solution documentation and generate dynamic KPIs and reports for internal stakeholders.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in AI solutions and agent orchestration.

  • Strong knowledge of large language models and cloud AI architectures.

  • Experience in Java full stack development.

  • Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, C/C++).

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

 

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with version control and CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps).

  • Experience with project tracking and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)

  • Experience with artifact dependency management tools (e.g. Nexus)

  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Jenkins).

 

Travel:

  • Up to 5%
