Job overview:
The Profile Generation area is primarily responsible for generating specific data for the personalization of SIM cards, eSIMs, and M2M (Machine-to-Machine) solutions. In addition, the department manages a variety of related processes and tasks required to deliver high-quality, tailored products to customers and operators. As Profile Generation Manager, you will coordinate all activities associated with these operations, driving efficiency, compliance with agreements, and satisfaction for both internal and external clients.
This position requires proven experience in team and operations management, with a strong focus on production, quality, and continuous improvement. While advanced technical expertise is not essential, you should have a sufficient understanding of internal workflows to effectively supervise and organize daily activities. Adaptability, attention to detail, and a corporate mindset are essential for success in this role.
Accountabilities:
- Supervise profile generation operations for SIM, eSIM, and M2M product personalization.
- Distribute tasks, plan priorities, and manage workload according to production needs.
- Ensure service commitments (SLA/OLA) are met, and operational KPIs are reported, maintaining high quality standards.
- Control and anticipate operational capacity, working closely with engineering and delivery teams.
- Implement and improve processes, applying guidelines from the Toolchain Management team and proposing enhancements to other departments.
- Conduct periodic controls and follow-up meetings with the team to review activities and progress.
- Ensure clear and efficient communication, making sure all tasks and emails are resolved before the end of each day.
- Promote an open attitude towards new ideas and opportunities for improvement, reporting initiatives to the relevant teams.
- Adapt to workload variations, demonstrating flexibility and availability at all times.
Education and experience:
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of successful team and service operations management experience in IT, technology, or information systems environments.
- Previous experience in leadership or management roles, preferably in operations.
- Experience working with ticketing and monitoring systems.
- Knowledge of KPIs, SLAs, and reporting.
- Telecommunications industry experience is a plus.

- Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken).
