The Mission
To lead, optimize, and safeguard the entire Volume Release Sample (VRS) creation and delivery process—balancing cost, speed, and performance to maximize customer satisfaction and business value.
Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end process of Volume Release Sample (VRS) creation and delivery, acting as the key point of accountability for the performance, cost, quality, and speed of the value stream.

Safeguard workflows to ensure strict compliance with customer requirements, technical specifications, and internal quality standards.

Drive alignment and optimize outcomes by collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Operations, Customer Product Management (CPM), and Profile Operations.

Identify, implement, and monitor initiatives to enhance workflows, reduce sample delivery lead times, and actively promote a culture of operational excellence.

Translate customer requirements into operational success, maximizing customer satisfaction and business value.

Develop, track, and analyze KPIs and metrics to monitor process performance and guide strategic decisions.
Key Tasks & Daily Activities

Oversee and coordinate all activities involved in VRS creation, validation, and timely delivery.

Define, document, and continuously update process standards and operational best practices.

Regularly review performance data, identify bottlenecks, implement corrective actions, and facilitate cross-functional meetings to align priorities.

Partner with the Quality team to ensure all samples meet technical and regulatory requirements.

Actively engage with CPM to gather feedback and continuously improve the overall VRS experience.

Lead or support automation projects within the value stream to drive efficiency.

Prepare and present regular status updates and performance reports to senior management.
Requirements
-
Experience in Operations Design / Service Delivery / Process Design (ITIL, etc.).
- IT Service Management experience.

Technical understanding of data flows / data design.
- Preferably:
- Experience working in the telecommunications sector
- Experience working in highly regulated environments
- Bachelor of Science or related work experience (in IT environments)

Minimum B2 English level.
