Business Development Manager (One-year Contract)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will drive the growth of G+D’s Mobile Security portfolio, identify new business opportunities for IOT and connectivity businesses, and build strong relationships with key clients and partners. The ideal candidate is self-driven and can effectively communicate with both local and international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets, penetrate new markets, and grow revenue for G+D’s Mobile Security solutions.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning G+D’s offerings to meet their needs.
- Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IoT and connectivity sectors, targeting industries such as telecommunications, industrial IoT, and smart cities.
- Solution Selling: Present and position G+D’s Mobile Security products and solutions, including eSIM, connectivity management platforms, and IoT security.
- Bilingual Communication: Effectively communicate with local Korean-speaking clients and global stakeholders in English, ensuring seamless collaboration and understanding.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, technical support, and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify potential growth areas.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in line with company processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management in the IoT, mobile communications, or technology sectors for more than ten years.
- Strong understanding of IoT ecosystems, connectivity solutions, and related technologies (e.g., SIM, eSIM, Mobile Device, 5G, secure connectivity).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in both written and spoken Korean and English languages are essential.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Experience with CRM and Sales pipeline management using Salesforce.
