Are you a technically skilled individual with strong communication and project management abilities? We are seeking an experienced Design Architect to ensure our products are tailored in a way that meets customer needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Streamline Processes: Focus on reducing time to market, lowering development and operations costs, and maximizing automation for efficient customer delivery.
• Service Deployment: Handle deploying services and managing processes, working closely with Service Owners and Design Specialists, and leading other architects in enterprise design endeavors.
• Technical Expertise: Act as the technical cornerstone of the team with in-depth knowledge of the company's products. Develop global end-to-end architecture, components, and common services. Evaluate and introduce new technologies, and create blueprints for efficient G+D solution and service roll-out.
• Communication: Present technical information in an understandable manner to non-technical individuals, including product management, executive teams, and sales personnel.
• Product Customization: Understand customer requirements and adapt our products to meet these specific needs.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with various stakeholders within the organization and act as a link between different units. Collaborate with the R&D and Design N’ Architecture team on solution architecture and shared services. Work on a global level with teams primarily in Germany and Spain.
   

Qualifications:
 

• University degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in service design and/or architecture in the B2B segment.
• Strong technical competence in Service Design and Architecture and experience in a relevant field, preferably in the telecommunications or payment industry.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into non-technical terms.
• Experience working with global teams and customizing products to meet customer-specific requirements.
• Ability to drive conversations and collaborate with different units within the company.
• Deep understanding of complex software and Enterprise solutions, IT, Cloud technologies, and Security Information systems, preferably within telecom.
