We safeguard and manage confidential systems, networks, data, and identities in physical, digital and mobile environments.

 

We are now looking for an experienced and proactive DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a key role in building, maintaining, and evolving our cloud platform and delivery capabilities.

 

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills and enjoys driving continuous improvement across processes, tools, and ways of working. You will work closely with development teams, product owners, security stakeholders, and other technical teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and efficient solutions in Azure.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and maintain software services and cloud-native solutions in Microsoft Azure
  • Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and reliable software delivery
  • Automate infrastructure, operational processes, and deployment workflows
  • Manage and support containerized environments and cloud infrastructure
  • Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and observability solutions
  • Collaborate closely with development teams throughout the application lifecycle
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor and help guide the team through complex challenges
  • Translate technical concepts into clear and understandable business language for stakeholders, product owners, and other teams

 

Participation in an on-call rotation may become part of the role in the future. While this is not currently decided, candidates should be comfortable with the possibility of taking part in an on-call support arrangement at a later stage.

Required Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone who is not only technically strong but also capable of creating clarity, building trust, and helping teams grow. Someone that takes ownership of their work while maintaining a broad perspective on the overall platform and team objectives.

Furthermore, you have professional proficiency in English, proven experience in designing, deploying, and managing software services and cloud-based solutions in Microsoft Azure as well as hands-on experience with modern DevOps practices, including automation, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure management in Azure environments.

 

Technical skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Experience deploying, building, and managing software services in Azure environments
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
  • Experience with Docker and containerized applications
  • Strong focus on automation and infrastructure management
  • Experience with Terraform and/or Ansible
  • Understanding of the Java application lifecycle and related deployment processes
  • Interest in, and practical use of, AI-powered tools to improve productivity, automation, and engineering workflows

 

If you have a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field it will be advantageous. Candidates without a formal degree are equally welcome to apply if they can demonstrate substantial and relevant professional experience.

Fluent Swedish is highly desirable and considered a strong advantage as well as experience with one or more of the following technologies: Go, Python, AWS, Kubernetes, Keyloak, Grafana, Prometheus and Splunk.
