Are you ready to take the next step in your HR career? We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative People Business Partner to join our team at G+D in Stockholm for a 1+ year maternity cover. Your Role

 

As our People Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Swedish organization with a broad range of HR responsibilities. You’ll work closely with managers and employees, driving initiatives that make a real impact on our people and processes. Together with the People+ team, you’ll help shape a modern, efficient, and engaging workplace.

 

 

Your main responsibilities include:

 

 

  • Leading talent acquisition and employer branding efforts
  • Coaching and advising managers on leadership, performance, and employee relations
  • Managing compensation and benefits, including salary mapping and reviews
  • Acting as the main contact for our outsourced payroll provider
  • Supporting work environment initiatives and union collaboration
  • Overseeing HR administration (onboarding, offboarding, SAP super user)
  • Driving process improvements and digitalization within HR

 

 

Who You Are

 

We see that you are a structured and curious HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You enjoy working hands-on while also thinking strategically about how to improve and streamline HR processes. You’re not afraid to take initiative, challenge the status quo, and bring new ideas to the table.

 

 

We believe you have:

 

 

  • Broad experience across multiple HR disciplines
  • A degree in HR or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with payroll and working with outsourced payroll providers
  • Previous experience from working in SAP

 

 

Bonus points if you have:

 

 

  • Experience with digitalizing HR processes or tools
  • A background working with work environment
  • Familiarity with Swedish collective agreements
  • Proven success in tech recruitment
  • Advanced Excel skills

 

Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is required.
