The Product Manager builds and maintains the product strategy and product roadmaps of Veridos and builds and maintains the technology roadmap in accordance with other Business Lines and the overall company strategy.

For our department "Product Management ID Documents" we are looking for a

(Junior) Product Manager ID Documents (m/w/d)

full-time at our location in Munich or Berlin.

Main responsibilities:

Owning the product’s roadmap from Ideation to phase out.
Setting up the Business Case, definition of the Business Model, determination of the Make-or-Buy in alignment with Head of Development, determination of Costing and Pricing.
Maintains a product backlog for current and future product features and aligns with the RnD team on a regular basis.
Alignment with other product managers to ensure interoperability of the Veridos Product Portfolio.
Responsible for the go-to market strategy, definition of product / solution pricing and the market positioning.
2nd Level support during tenders phase for product definition

Main tasks:

Management of the Products according to the Product Lifecycle Management Process and owning the product roadmap.
Define product requirements & features including legal / quality / security / commercial requirement.
Regular internal communication about the portfolio & roadmap and conducting product trainings.
Working out market trends and reflecting on your own product strategy
Keeping Customer Requirements and Trends in view to keep Product state of the art
Supporting of marketing activities and contributing to / preparing respective materials (videos, flyers, whitepapers, fighting guides etc.) to support sales activities

Profile:

Studied electrical engineering or computer science
Additional business administration training is an advantage
Experience in product management for complex, technical products made up of hardware and software components
Deep knowledge of embedded system architecture
Evaluations of business and commercial analyzes
Experience in creating business plans
Being able to build and maintain networks and relationships with ease
Safe handling of MS Office
Good communicator, English fluently
