Business Analyst (m/f/d) 1
For our department "Research & Development" we are looking for a
Business Analyst (m/f/d) Lifecycle Management Systems
in full time at our locations in Munich or Berlin.
Our team develops a distributed software product for the lifecycle management of sovereign documents such as electronic passports or ID cards. All components including user interfaces are workflow driven, for this purpose the Camunda Workflow Engine is used.
Your main tasks:
- Requirement analysis and business process analysis in the interface between product manager and development team
- Supporting the product manager with the creation of user stories and
- the development team with the visualization of complex relationships in the form of e.g. Unified Modeling Language diagrams or UI layout proposals
- Modeling of business processes with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) using the appropriate tools
- Organization of reviews for user stories with development project manager, product manager and development team
- Conception and maintenance of technical documentation according to general standards (e.g. specifications / requirement specifications) for the software solutions
- Independent research and procurement of the necessary information from the respective departments (interface specification)
Your profile:
- Technical education or completed university degree in a technical field, e.g. computer science, electrical engineering, physics or comparable technical expertise.
- You have the ability to explain complex issues in a simple and understandable way, e.g. as testable, compact user stories
- Strong technical understanding with a focus on quality, meeting project milestones and an agile way of working
- Very good knowledge in business process modeling with BPMN
- Professional experience as a business analyst (At least 5 years).
- The following work experience would be an advantage:
- Camunda Workflow Engine and Camunda Modeler
- Current MS software development environment (Visual Studio, GIT, Azure DevOps...) and current modeling tools like Enterprise Architect or similar.
- Databases, especially Oracle and postgreSQL and
- Knowledge in electronic sovereign documents and eGovernment.
- Very good knowledge of current MS-Office programs and modern team collaboration tools (Confluence, SharePoint, MS Teams, or similar)
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English is mandatory
- Very good communication skills and willingness to travel occasionally complete the profile
