Project Controller (m/f/d)

For our department project controlling we are looking for a 

Project Controller (m/f/d)

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Bid and project controlling, particularly in managing project costs in an international setting
• Development and monitoring of project plans and budgets
• Preparation and analysis of monthly project reporting including Profit & Loss, balance sheet, and cash flow presentations for management
• Identifying potential savings and ensuring cost targets are achieved
• Coordination of development progress (Proof of Concept) in relation to costs with the project manager
• Overall commercial responsibility for various projects
• Target costing, preliminary and final costing of products and projects
• Providing commercial advice to internal clients
• Participation in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, including cost and performance accounting, and monthly and yearly financial statements
• Identifying, evaluating, and monitoring project risks, and developing strategies for risk minimization
• Collaborating closely with project managers, specialist departments, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution

Your profile:

• Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration or industrial engineering
• Extensive relevant professional experience in project controlling and finance within an international environment
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with an understanding of technical contexts
• Experience in working with and creating business cases
• Profound knowledge of SAP (FI/CO/PS) and proficient use of standard MS Office applications
• Fluent in English
• Assertive and capable of working independently
• Confident demeanor, resilience, ability to work under pressure, and enjoy teamwork
