For our "Sales Operations & Excellence" department, we are looking for a

 

Sales Excellence Specialist (m/f/d)

 

permanent at our location in Munich or Berlin.

 

Your tasks:

  • You evaluate and guide the improvement of business processes and digitization, in close cooperation with sales and other functions
  • Results are prepared for management and C-Level presentations by you
  • You are responsible for creating a sales excellence roadmap and executing corresponding projects 
  • Market and development forecasts are prepared in cooperation with the regions and divisional management
  • You assist in the preparation and implementation of training courses for the "Sales" area
  • Improving communication, collaboration, and exchange between the regions and various departments is a key responsibility
  • You are owner and ambassador for an outstanding customer and selling journey in Veridos 
  • Assistance with the preparation of Sales related events and initiatives is part of your role
  • You will develop a toolbox and instructions for the global sales team, supported by cross-functional experts from the business lines and central divisions for non-financial related tools. 
  • Collaboration with your Sales operation team colleagues on platforms such as Salesforce, PowerBI, and other CRM tools is facilitated by you
  • You are tasked with fostering and developing the internal sales KPIs

 

Your profile:

  • Successful degree in economics or engineering or in a related field 
  • Initial practical experience in international project management is an advantage
  • Very good conceptual and analytical skills, combined with a high degree of customer orientation, decisiveness and strong communication skills
  • Confident handling of all common MS Office applications, initial Salesforce knowledge is an advantage
  • Team orientation and high level of commitment

  • A high degree of independence as well as a goal-oriented, self-reliant and structured way of working round off your profile

  • Very good written and spoken language skills in German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage, e.g. Spanish, French or Arabic
