For our department Marketing we are looking for a

Senior Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

in fulltime at our location in Munich or Berlin.

 

Your main tasks:

  • Act as the central contact person for all marketing-related activities, ensuring consistency and alignment across global teams and projects

  • Provide strategic input and operational guidance to regional marketing teams to ensure global brand consistency

  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing strategies to support business goals and drive brand awareness

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, collaborating closely with sales, product, and external stakeholders 

  • Drive the creation of compelling marketing content, including presentations, case studies, white papers, and multimedia assets 

  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to establish and implement the global marketing vision

  • Be willing to travel internationally (approximately 20%) to support key events, client meetings and team collaboration 
     

Your profile:

  • Proven years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, security, or government solutions industries 

  • Proven track record as a marketing generalist, with expertise spanning strategy, campaign execution, digital marketing, and project management

  • Both strong project management skills and hands-on work approach 

  • Strong sense for cross-departmental collaboration with sales and product teams 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Digital-first mindset with proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, social media platforms) 

  • Good understanding of brand management and the ability to develop and maintain cohesive brand messaging across all touchpoints

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • International experience or working in multicultural environments is a plus

  • Fluency in German and English is both required; additional languages are a plus
