For our Product Development IDMS department, we are currently looking for a full-time

 

Test Manager (m/f/d)

at our locations in Munich or Berlin. 

 

Your main tasks:

  • Management of international test teams
  • Analysis of requirements based on specifications and/or user stories, creation of corresponding test concepts, test specifications, test plans, and test protocols
  • (Automated) creation of test data, test execution and documentation, progress report
  • Conceptualization of test automation for the business line and its implementation
  • Creation of checklists/test specifications and execution of quality tests for various customer acceptance tests (product release, factory and site acceptance tests)
  • Reporting of test progress, identified bugs, and validation of bug fixes
  • Creation of technical documentation, including software release notes
  • Support in the creation of technical requirements for the test service supplier, review of offers, supervision of progress (completeness, fulfillment of requirements, quality)

 

Your profile:

  • You have a degree from a technical university or a comparable qualification
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in the field of testing
  • You have experience in managing international test teams
  • You have certifications such as iSTQB Certified Tester Fundamental Level or similar and/or IT security-related certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or (ISC)2 CISSP
  • You have intercultural experience and are a team player
  • You also bring a high degree of independence, goal-oriented and independent work, as well as a high level of commitment
  • Experience with Azure DevOps is desirable. 
  • You can express yourself very well in English. German or the willingness to learn German is desirable. Additional foreign language skills, such as French, complete your language skills.
