Service Quality Manager

Service Quality Manager carries out tasks to ensure that the organization is following established policies and procedures in service delivery and operations, is compliant with regulatory and compliance requirements and ensuring continuous improvement while delivering services in an efficient way.

Service Quality Manager should support the monitoring and controlling of processes, ensure the organization has appropriate processes to serve customers and is continuously improving. Service Quality Manager has experience in quality and/or compliance management for IT business services, strong analytical skills and a high level of integrity.

 

Your tasks:

  • Define, maintain and improve the quality framework and ensure effective deployment in collaboration with Head of Quality and Excellence
  • Plan, prepare, coordinate and conduct internal and external audits in collaboration with Service Delivery and Operations
  • Manage time and activities in accordance with the agenda set by the Head of Quality and Excellence
  • Time management in accordance to the needs and requirements set by the Head of Quality and Excellence
  • Follow Mobile Security and Trusted Connecte Devices (TCD) Division global policies, procedures and tools
  • Evaluate, improve and add applicable work instructions
  • Identify and address day-to-day continuous improvement activities towards Head of Quality and Excellence, related to tools, procedures and compliance fulfilment
  • Support Head of Quality and Excellence in communicating the policy, procedure and compliance requirements in the responsibility area.

 

Skills:

  • University degree in IT related, Quality Management field or similar
  • ITIL v3 foundation certification
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Quality Management Systems and Compliance
  • Experience and understanding of quality management for IT based business services, preferably within an international banking, telecommunications or IT products & services environment
  • GRC background, ideally in consultancy environments
  • Preferably additional ITIL certifications and auditing frameworks
  • Knowledge and experience in GSMA and PCI Audits are preferred
  • Experience with governance methodologies within service environments
  • People management
